Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
15th day of November , 19j_. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. teihold and Snaath
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 676
APPROVING LUNDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR HOME OCCUPATION TO CONTINUE OPERATION
OF TRUCK DELIVERY SERVICE FOR CLARENCE JANSSON AT 1250 HIGHWAY 1Q1:. (A-632) .
WHEREAS, Clarence Jansson has requested a conditional use permit renewal for a home
occupation to continue operation of a truck delivery service from his home at 1250
State Highway 101;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Clarence Jansson for
a conditional use permit renewal to continue operation of a truck delivery service
from his home at 1250 State Highway 101 subject to the following conditions:
1. Permit be for one year.
2. Petitioner be allowed to park two (2) passenger vans at his residence only.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ngy 1 man i'1id , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
Thp following voted against or abstained: None
