Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
15th day of November , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-674
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR RAUENHORST CORPORATION (A-700)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation for Rauenhorst Corporation
by Resolution #76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions be met prior
to filing of said lot consolidation:•
Vacation of property line easements where necessary.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
