Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
15th day of November , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Spihnld and cnaPth
The following members were bsent, None
Councilman Seiboldintroduced the following Resolution and moved
its ecoption:

APPROVING SITE PLAN r -IR RAUENHORST CORPORATION (ARCTIC ENTERPRISES)

WHEREAS, Rauenhorst Corporation has requested site plan approval of a 98,432 sq. ft.
structure for warehousing/distribution of snowmobiles and accessories to be located
at the southwest corner of 27th Avenue North and 28th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Rauenhorst Corporation
for site plan approval of a 98,432 sq. ft. structure for warehousing/distribution of
snowmobiles and accessories to be located at the southwest corner of.27th Avenue North
and 28th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. Substitution of maximum height berms (at 5:1 slope) and 5 ft. evergreens on
20 ft. centers for the proposed 2 ft. berms and 4-5 ft. Russian Olive trees
on 40 ft. centers as storage yard screening. The proposed fence may be reduced
in height and free of slats.
2. Consolidation actions to create a single parcel.
3. Signs shall not exceed Code requirements.
4. Fire hydrants shall be located near all four corners of the main structure and
a 12 ft., 5 ton asphalt fire lane shall be constructed along the west side of
the structure.
5. Compliance with providions of City Engineer's Memorandum of October 27, 1976.
6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure.
7. Surface area of the outdoor storage area shall be allowed to be Class II and
shall be treated annually or as required to be kept dust -free.
8. Park Dedication, cash fees -in -lieu of $4,455.00 (8.91 acres Y, $500 per acre) be
paid to the City prior to building permit issuance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was Luly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
