Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
15th day of November , 197k_. The following members %-,ere
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 671
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MANUFACTURE OF FIBERGLASS AUTOMOBILE BODIES TO
BRADLEY AUTOMOTIVE (A-699) _
WHEREAS, Bradley Automotive has requested a conditional use permit to manufacture
fiberglass automobile bodies in a structure to be located at the northeast corner
of Fernbrook 'Lane and 21st Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Bradley Automotive
for a conditional use permit to manufacture fiberglass automobile bodies in a structure
to be located at the northeast corner of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North subject
to the following conditions:
1. All waste, waste containers and product shall be sotred within the structure.
2. The air quality standards of all concerned agencies be complied with.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S 'bold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
