RESOLUTION NO. 76-663
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION
OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN THE PLAT OF SCHIEBE'S OAKWOOD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owners of property in the Shciebe's Oakwood Addition had previously
dedicated easements to the City of Plymouth within said plat, and
WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary that said easements be relocated, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the original easements be vacated; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 412.851, Minnesota Statutes, it
is necessary that a public hearing be held with respect to such vacation:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That a public hearing be held on the day of 1976
in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue
North at 7:30 p.m. to consider the vacation of the following described easement:
Lot 1, Block 1
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 1; thence East along,
the Southerly line of'said Lot 1, a distance of 190.00 feet; thence deflecting
to the left 150 and continuing on the Southerly line of said Lot 1, a
distance of 92.00 feet; thence deflecting to the left 900 for a'distance of 25
feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing on the previously
described line a distance of 115.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 900
for a distance of 20.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 900 for a distance
of 115.00°eei: thence deflecting to the right 90for a distance. of 20.00 feet to the
actual point of beginning.
Lot 2, Block 1
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 1; thence West along the
Southerly line of said Lot 1 a.distance of 70.00 feet; thence deflecting to the
left 900 for a distance of 25 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence
continuing along the previously described line for a distance of 145.00 feet;
thence deflecting to the right 900 for a distance of 20.00 feet; thence deflecting
to the right 900 for a distance of 145.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right
900 for a distance of 20.00 feet to the actual point of beginning.

Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, Block 1; thence Easterly
along the Northerly line of said Lot 3 a distance of 297.00 feet to the actual
point of beginning; thence deflecting to the right 870 30' for a distance of
176.00 f, -et; thence deflecting to the left 900 for a distance of 20.00 feet;
thence deflecting to the left 900 for a distance of 176.00 feet to the North
line of said Lot 1; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 1 to
the actual point of beginning.
