Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
8th day of November , 19 76. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The folio -ging members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-662
ASSESSMENT CORRECTION
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, GREENTREE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 1, Greentree West Addition (44198-75) was assessed under_
the Southwest Sewer and Water Project (Levy 4747) for sewer and water lateral
and area charges, and
WHEREAS, said lot was inadvertently assessed under Levy 6679 for sewer and water
lateral and water area charges,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the assessments levied under Levy 6679 for Lot 1, Block 1, Greentree
West Addition (44198-75) be reduced from $5643.44 to $2981.48.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt,
Neils_ Pihnld and Spapth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
