Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of ?lymouth, innesota was held on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-660
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
23RD AVENUE EAST OF NIAGARA LANE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 23rd Avenue from 700 feet east of Niagara Lane
to a point approximately 1200 feet east thereof or to Fernbrook Lane by the installation
of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, water main and
all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that ti:e proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with
all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection witi some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CoUncilman Sgibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
