The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen. Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None f�* Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-657 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT KREATZ HIGHVIEW ACRES 6TH ADDITION WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Fountain Lane from 18th Avenue to the cul-de-sac approximately 625 feet north thereof by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main and bituminous street restoration, and WHEREAS, in conjunction with this improvement, it is necessary to construct sanitary sewer and water main facilities from Dunkirk Lane to Fountain Lane at approximately 19th Avenue, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended), NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, The Io owing o et against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passednand adopted.
