Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION N76-653
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR OURA PROPERTIES
(A-697)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Dura Properties
by Resolution N76- 652.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Side yard parking variance from 20 ft. to 2 ft. for the east aroperty 11n@.
2. Easement for 7 ft. additional right-of-way along County Road 15 frontage. ,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt. Neils, Seibold
ine 0110 ring voted against or abstained: None
