HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-652• CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 8th day of November , 19 76 . The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent:— Mayor Hilde arrived at 8:15. P.M. +kirie *ttr *** Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION #76-652 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR DURA PROPERTIES (Ar697) WHEREAS, Dura Properties has requested a division/consolidation of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division/consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary assessment corrections based upon City policy when said division/consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition 44540 5500 11 6 Schiebe's Highland View Addn. It 5600 12 41 11 It " " 5700 13 It 11 it " 5800 14 11 " " " 5900 15 ALSO, the Vacated Portion of Gaylord Avenue To be divided and consolidated into three new parcels as follows: Parcel A All Lot 11 and the northwesterly 36 feet of Lot 12 as measured at right angles to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 12. All in Block 6, "Schiebe's Highland View Addition", according to the recorded plat thereof. . Parcel B Lot 12 EXCEPT the northwesterly 36 feet thereof as measured at right angles to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 11; all of Lot 13; and the northwesterly 32.30 feet of Lot 14 as measured at right angles to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 14. All in Block 6, "Schiebe's Highland View Addition", according to the recorded plat thereof. Resolution #76-652 Page 2 Parcel C Lot 14 EXCEPT the northwesterly 32.30 feet thereof as measured at right angles to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 14; all of Lot 15; and that part of adjoining vacated Gaylord Avenue lying between the extension of the southwesterly line of Block 6 and the southwesterly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway 55, as described in Book 2141 of Deeds, page 427, Document No. 3084134 of Deeds, all in "Schiebe's Highland View Addition", according to the recorded plat thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by C and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt. Npilt- SPihnid Rae of owing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
