Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Co-ricil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 8th day of November 1976 The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, -Neils, Seibo d and Spaeth The follo-wing members were absent, Mayor Hilde arrived at _8:15 P.M. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-651 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A.B.C. BOX COMPANY (A -6N) WHEREAS, A.B.C. Box Company has requested a conditional use permit to manufacture boxes within the structure to be located at the northeast corner of Niagara Lane and 27th Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of A.B.C. Box Company to manufacture boxes within the structure to be located at the northeast corner of Niagara Lane and 27th Avenue North. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: Non Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
