CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 8th day of
November 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 648
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR RAUENHORST CORPORATION (A.B.C. BOX COMPANY) (A-692)
WHEREAS, Rauenhorst Corporation has requested a division of an existing platted parcel
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary assessment corrections based upon .
City policy when said division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block. Addition
43591 8000 9 2 Circle Star Business
Center 2nd Addition
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 9, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center 2nd Addition according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying northerly of a line drawn
parallel with and 136.00 feet south of the north line of said Lot 9 (said distance
measured at a right angle to Said north line of Lot 9).

Parcel B
That part of Lot 9, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center 2nd Addition, according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying southerly of a line
drawn parallel with and 136.00 feet south of the north line of said Lot 9 (said
distance measured at a right angle to said north line of Lot 9).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold
and Spapth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
