HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-647CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 8th day of November , 1976 . The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth 'The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde arrive at Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76- 647 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RONALD ROELOFS FOR OPERATION OF OFFICE/SHOW- ROOM FOR LIGHTING MANUFACTURER'S REPRESENTATIVES IN I-1 ZONE (A-690) WHEREAS, Ronald Roelofs has requested a conditional use permit to operate an office/showroom for lighting manufacturer's representatives at the southeast corner of Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; N06, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Ronald Roelofs for a conditional use permit to operate an office/showroom for lighting manufacturer's representatives at the southeast quadrant of Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue North in an I-1 Zoning District subject to the following condition: Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to the new 1,730 sq. ft. structure on said parcel. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:_ Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
