HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-644CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 8th day of November , 19_1§. The following members were present: Counci men Seibold,. Hunt Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent:mayor Hilda arrived at 8:15 P.M. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-644 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION OF UPHOLSTEIRY.•BUSINESS FOR MARGARET GILVIN (A-693) WHEREAS, Margaret Gilvin, 10140 -28th Avenue North has requested a conditional use permit to operate an upholstery business from her home at 10140 -28th Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH; MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Margaret Gilvin for a conditional use permit to operate an upholstery business from her home at 10140 -28th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Permit be for one year. 2. No exterior signs or structural alterations be allowed. 3. Application for building permit for any basement alterations. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
