Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, mimesota was held on the
lst day of November , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Seibold

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-642
HIRING CONSULTANT PLANNER FOR HOUSING ELEMENT/COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT AND ALLOCATION OF FUNDS BY CITY FOR
SAID PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has solicited proposals from various planning firms
for professional services in the updating of the City's Housing Element and
Comprehensive Plans, and
WHEREAS, the selection committee has reviewed the proposals submitted and
recommended Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. for this undertaking;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the firm of Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. be and the seme is
hereby selected to undertake said services.
FURTHER, that the City staff be and the same is hereby directed to prepare a
contract between the City and the firm of Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. for
City Council approval and specific funds appropriation from 1976 Community
Development Revenue Sharing grants.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote in favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Seibold
