HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-639.0 CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was field on the the 1st day of November , 19_11,. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Seihold The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-639 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT -NO. 58419M T.H. 101/C.R. 6 TRAFFIC SIGNALS BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City enter into a cooperative agreement with State of Minnesota Department of Highways for the purpose of installing and maintaining traffic signals at the intersection of T.H. 101 and-CSAH 6, BE IT'FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute Cooperative Agreement No. 58419M --overing the installation of traffic signals at T.H. 101 and CSAH 6. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils Th6"f1oTT6wing voted against or abstained: ono Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
