CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regy1ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 1st day of
November , 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption: -
RESOLUTION NO. 76-638
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
MHD PROJECT S.P. 2706-119, S.P. 2781-243 & S.P. 2785-186
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways for the State of Minnesota has caused to be
prepared: plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of TH12/393/392.
renumbered as T.H. 7/494/94 within the corporate limits of the City of Plymouth from
the south corporate limits to T.H. 55 on T.H. 494 and
WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the Office of the Department of Highways, St. Paul,
Minnesota; being marked, labeled and identified as: S.P. 2706-119 (7=12), S.P. 2781-242'
(94-392)and•S.P. 2785-186 (494=393), and
WHEREAS, said special provisions are on file in the Office of the Department of Highways,
St. Paul, Minnesota; being marked, labeled and identified as: S.P. 2706-119 (7=12),
S.P. 2781-242 (94=392) and S.P. 2785-186 (494=393), and which together with the Minnesota:
Department of Highways Standard Specifications for Highway Construction dated January 1,
1972, as amended by Minnesota Department of Highways Supplemental Specifications for
Highway Construction dated April 1, 1976, will govern, and which are on file in the.
office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement'
of T.H. No. 12/393/392 renumbered as T.H. No. 7/494/94/ and
WHEREAS, copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified
are also on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the term, siad plans and special provisions as hereinafter used in the body of
this resolution will be deemed and intended to mean, refer to and incorporate the plans
and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways desires in the interest -of public safety that any
and all parking of vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of
the City of Plymouth on said T.H. No. 12/393/392 renumbered as T.H."No. 7/494/94 will be
parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway and will be at least 20 feet from any
crosswalk,
NOW THEN BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of T.H. No. 12/393/392
renumbered as T.H. No. 7/494/94 within the corporate limits of the City of Plymouth,
be and hereby are approved,
BE IT. FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Plymouth does hereby agree to require the
parking of all vehicle, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of
Resolution No. 76
of said City, on said T.H. No. 12/393/392 renumbered T.H. No. 7/494/94 will be parallel
' with the curb adjacent to the highway and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all
public streets intersecting said trunk highway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shoron in said plans and
special provisions are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and all
changes in grade occasioned by the construction of T.H. No. 12/393/392 renumbered
T.H. No. 7/494/94 in accordance with said plans and special provisions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hi�lde_, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold.
The following voted against orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opted.
