Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M r-ioesota was held on the the
1st day of November , 1.9 76. The following members were
10 present: Mayor Hilde, Cnunrilman Hent- Neils and Saihnld
The following members tte absent: Councilman Sbaeth
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-637
APPROVING REVISED CONCEPT PLAN FOR RPUD #75-3, "FAZENDIN VILLAGES".. (A-626) -
WHEREAS, Harbor Lane Associates has submitted a Revised Concept Plan and Statement
dated September 30, 1976 to develop 47 units of single family dwellings;
AND; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said Revised Concept Plan and
recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve said Revised Concept Plan upon the
following conditions:
1. The preliminary plat address in detail and to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer, the storm water drainage of the entire project.
2. The preliminary plat address in detail and to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer necessary improvements to Fernbrook Lane south to County Road 15.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
folloxing voted in favor thereof:Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and
Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
