Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
25th day of, 19_1fi. The following members were
present: Acting RatyoobpHuAt, Councilmen Seibold, Spaeth and Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilda
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-634
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR FIRE STATION #2•FOR CITY Of PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of a site plan and a conditional
use permit for Fire Station #2 to be loca•":ed at the northeast corner of Larch Lane
and -County Road 9;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plan;iing Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of the City of Plymouth
for a site plan and conditional use permit for Fire Station #2 to be located at the .
northeast corner of Larch Lane and County Road 9.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt- Councilman Neilc_
Saihnld and Snaath
The following voted against or abstained: None
(;hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and acopted.
