Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special _ _ meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
25th day of October , 19 76. The following merbers v.vre
present:
Acting Mayor Hunt Councilmen Neils. Seibold and Seth
The fo'.iowing members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and awed
its adoption:
RESOLUTION H 76- 631
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MOUNT OLIVET LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR MONTESSORI
SCHOOL/DAY CARE CENTER TO OPERATE WITHIN CHURCH (A-688)
WHEREAS, Mount Olivet Lutheran Church has requested approval of a conditional use
permit to operate a Montessori School/Day Care Center within the church;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recoaiended
approval; -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mount Olivet Lutheran
Church for a conditional use permit to operate a Montessori School/Day Care Center
within the church subject to the following conditions:
I. All appropriate licensing be obtained from the State of Minnesota and
evidence thereof be made part of the record of this permit.
2. Location and size of the sign for said use shall not exceed four square
feet to be located a minimum of 20 ft. from the right-of-way ]Jim of
County Road 9.
3. Permit be for one year.
A. Petitioner shall have 60 days to comply with Conditions #1 and *2 or
this action shall become null and void.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CoWncilman Spagth and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
