Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
25th day of October , 19 76. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent:_ Mayor Hilde
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 630
S=TTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION-FOR DEVAC (A-216)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for DeVac
by Resolution #76- 629;
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following condition to be met
prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation:
Dedication of'Storm Water Drainage easement to the City for all lands at
or below elevation 888.0 feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting, Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
