HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-629i CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on a 25th day of October , 19 76 . The following members were present: Acting ayor Runt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth , e following members were absent: �ouncjlmgp Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved s adoption: RESOLUTION 976-629 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR DEVAC AND S. J. GROVES , (A-216) WHEREAS, DeVac, Inc. has requested a division and consolidation of existing unplatted parcels within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor- rections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation are approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition 43736 6435 44598 500 Tract A RLS 1177 To be divided and consolidated as follows: Parcel A That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, described as beginning at a poin, or, the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 227 feet West from the Northeast corner thereof; thence South, parallel to the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 226.5 feet; thence East, parallel to said North line, to an intersection with the West line of the East 17 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South along said West line of the East 17 feet to the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence West along said South line to the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North along the West line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the Northwest corner thereof; thence East along the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the point of beginning; except that part thereof empraced within Registered Land Survey No. 1177, according to the Government Survey thereof. Which lines southerly of a line 691.50 feet southerly of, measured at a right angle to and parallel with the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and lying easterly of a line 506.91 feet westerly of, measured at a right angle to and parallel with the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. ALSO, Resolution f76 - Page 2 Tract A. Registered Land Survey No. 1177, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin which lies easterly of a line 871.00 feet easter'y of, measured at a right angle to and parallel with the west line cf the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Parcel B That part of the following described property: Tract A. Registered Land Survey No. 1177, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, which lies westerly of a line 871.00 feet easterly of, measured at a right angle to and parallel with the west line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman NPilc and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils Seibold and Saaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. �r+tir try,
