Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
18th day of October 19j•. The following members were

The following members trere absent: Mayor Hilde and Counci man Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 628
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
SANITARY SEWER TELEVISING.
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
14INNESOTA that the staff is authorized to makepayment on Request for Payment No. 1
to Solidification, Inc. in the amount of $ 1,898.71 for televising of
sanitary sewer lines for 1976 sanitary sewer construction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold
and Spaeth
