The following members were Present: Artinnnrilm@A lzaibold and Spaeth The folio:ring nienberas�►rere a sent: x** Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 622 AUTHORIZING DREDGING OF STORM SEWER OUTLETS AT MEDICINE LAKE AT 17th AVENUE AND 200 FEET NORTH OF NATHAN LANE WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission has requested that the cities of Plymouth and Golden Valley and Hennepin County make arrangements to clean out the sediment from Medicine Lake at the storm sewer outlets at 17th Avenue (beach area) and 200 feet north of Nathan Lane, and WHEREAS, the Commission has set forth the cost sharing method as follows: Beach Area Plymouth 6.0% Golden Valley 63.3% . Hennepin County 30.7% Nathan Lane Area Plymouth 17.3% Golden Valley 64.9% Hennepin County 17.8% and the respective iencies agree to same, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the City of Plymouth will add the work by Change Order to its current Project No. 607,.Bass Lake Area with the following estimated items being set forth and approved herewith. Dragline $55/hour x 24 hours $ 1,320.00 Dozer D-5 $35/hour x 16 hours $ 560.00 Trucks $22/hour x 4 trucks x 24 hours $ 2 112.00 TOTAL $— The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Se'bold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: The anlo o►Ang voted against or abstained: Nnna Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
