Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
18th day of October , 1976 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seiboldand Sga�tJL_
The follu-ging members were absent: ayo�ilde ani Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-621
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the
City enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways
for the following purposes to -wit: to supplement Cooperative Construction
Agreement No. 57802 dated October 15, 1974, as amended by Supplement No. 1
thereto dated February 10, 1976, and to provide for payment by the State to
the City of the lump sum of $68,568.07 as the State's full and complete share
of construction and construction engineering costs incurred by the City under
Project 307.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby are authorized
to execute such agreement. (Supplement No. 2 to Cooperative Construction Agreement
No. 57802).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Counrilmpn sPihnld
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
