The following members were rs were absent: man Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 616 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT 6TH AVE., 8TH AVE. AND NATHAN LANE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 6th Avenue from CSAH 18 Service Drive to Nathan Lane, 8th Avenue from CSAH 18 Service Drive to Nathan Lane and. Nathan Lane from 10th Avenue to 6th Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, curb and gutter and 10 ton design bituminous streets, filed with the Council on October 5, 1976, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and he instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or im connection with some -other improvemetn and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: -Artini MaVnr yiunt, Councilman SaibOld he fo owing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
