Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
18th day of October , 1976 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor HuiFt, Councilmen -Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent- mayorFfi eTd Councilman lNeils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-611
WHEREAS, Cyrano's Restaurant has completed the landscaping as per the approved landscape
plan of June 18, 1973 for their building at 3005 Harbor Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends the release
of said landscape bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the release of the landscape bond
for Cyrano's Restaurant for completed work at their building located at 3005 Harbor
Lane as per the approved landscape plan of June 18, 1973.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
