The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde and Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 076-609 APPROVING REQUEST OF ENTERPRISE PROPERTIES FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "GLEANLOCH-THIRD ADDITION" (A-176) WHEREAS, Enterprise Properties has requested a preliminary plat approval of Gleanloch Third Addition; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewFd said request and made its recom- mendations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Enterprise Properties for preliminary plat approval of Gleanloch Third Addition subject to the following conditions: 1. Developer shall construct at his sole expense 8th Avenue North to a ^ ton standard, 30 ft. in width, with curb and gutter on the north side consistent with the Memorandum of the City Engineer dated October 1. 1976. 2. Street access shall be designed and controlled only as follows: a. Lot 1, Block 1 shall access Sycamore Lane b. Lot 8, Block 1 shall access Pineview Lane C. Lot 1, Block 2 shall access Pineview Lane d. • Lots 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, Block 1 and Lots 2-3, 4-5, Block 2 shall access 8th Avenue North by joint driveways. 3. Requirements of the City Engineer as per memorandum of March 26, 1976 with respect to water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer shall be included in final plans. 4. Park Dedication requirements be met by payment of fees-in-liew at the time of final plat ($150 per platted lot). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Copncilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
