Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of .the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
18th day of October , 1976 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde and Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth, introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR HARVEY
SCHIEBE (A-686)
WHEREAS
#76 - 603; the City Council has approved a lot division for Harvey Schiebe by Resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Payment of Park Dediciation Fee in the amount of $150.
2. A single curb cut to County Road 15 servicing both building sites.
3. Dedication by written easement of 40 ft. of right-of-way from the center
line of County Road 15's present alignment (on the south of the property).
4. All new utilities stubs be constructed at owner's expense and all assess-
ments be adjusted as required.
5. One REC (water) and one REC (sewer) shall be charged to the first building
permit issued on either of the two lots.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C.punrilman Seihnld and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
