. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 18th day of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-607
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR HARVEY SCHIEBE (A-686)
WHEREAS, Harvey Schiebe 1215 Goldenrod Lane, Plymo�th has requested division of his
existing unplatted parcel within the City of Plymouh;
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the consolidation and divisions are approved by Hennepin County:

To be divided into two parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of the west 100 feet of the east 800 feet of the West half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 35, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying
north of the center line of County Road No. 15.
Parcel B
That part of the west 100 feet of the east 700 feet of the West half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 35, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying
north of the center line of County Road No. 15.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_CnuncIIng Saihnlri , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Actinq Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Seibold and Snaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon -he Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
