HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-606•• CITY OF PLYMOUTH 9 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 18th day of October 11976 The following members were present: Acting aoryun ounce men—Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Tiff adoption: RESOLUTION X76-606 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR LULA WINNER, (A-36) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Lula Winnen by Resolution #76- ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 'OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division: Written easement for access to Parcel B over Parcel A. 2. Park Dedication Fee of $150 for new created lot. 3. No building permit for parcel without public sewer and water. All water and sewer extensions and hook-ups at petitioner's expense. Plans for water and sewer extensions shall be approved by City Engineer. 4. Additional Water Area charges in the amount of $390.00 (.78 acres X $500 per acre) and one each Water RE -C and Sewer REC be paid prior to building permit issuance on Parcel B. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
