Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of

APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED PROPERTY FOR LULA WINNEN (A-36)
WHEREAS, Lula Winnen, 1235 Peony Lane, Plymouth has requested a lot division of
an existing platted parcel within the City of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approved the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44690 1550 (Portion) 1 1 Winnen Addition
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Winnen Addition, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the East 115.00 feet of
said Lot 1; thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 50.00
feet; thence Southwesterly deflecting to the left 59 degrees, 15 minutes 44 seconds,
a distance of 116.34 feet; thence Westerly, parallel with the North line of Lot 1,
a distance of 40.00 feet; thence Southwesterly, a distance of 105.27 feet, more or
less, to a point on the South line of Lot 1 distant 95.00 feet Easterly of the Southwest
corner of Lot 1 as measured along said South line; thence Easterly along the South
line of Lot 1 a distance of 225.00 feet to the Southwest corner of the East 115.00
feet of Lot 1; thence Northerly along the West line of said East 115.00 feet, a
distance of 172.39 feet to the point of beginning.

That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Winnen Addition, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East 115.00 feet
of said Lot 1; thence Westeriy along the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of
50.00 feet to the beginning of the Parcel to be described; thence Southwesterly
deflecting to the left 59 degrees, 15 minutes, 44 seconds, a distance of 116.34
feet; thence Westerly, parallel with the North line of Lot 1, a distance of 40.00
feet; thence Southwesterly a distance of 105.27 feet, more or less, to a point on
the South line of Lot 1 distant 95.00 feet Easterly of the Southwest corner of Lot I
as measured along said South line; thence Westerly along the South line of Lot 1,
a distance of 95.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1; thence Northerly along the
West line of Lot 1, a distance of 175.81 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot l;

of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
