Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SPECIAL meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
• 5th day of October , 1976 . The following members ►:ere
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth
The follo-wing members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-600
ADOPTION OF 1977 EQUIPMENT FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and revised recommended proposed budget .
prepared by the staff for the Equipment Fund for the period commencing
January 1, 1977, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budget was held on
September 13, 1976, at which time the public had the opportunity
to comment upon the budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has considered the comments made at the public hearing
and further reviewed the proposed budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Equipment Fund budget is hereby approved in the amount of
$346,946.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, rrn m ilm n Hiint,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
