Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-599
ADOPTION Of 1977 SANITARY SEWER FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS. the City Council has reviewed and revised recommended proposed
budget prepared by the staff for the Sanitary Sewer Fund for the
period coevencing January 1, 1977, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budget was held on
.September 13, 1976. at which time the public had the opportunity
to comment upon the budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has considered the comments ®Dade at the public hearing
and further reviewed the proposed budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Sanitary Serer Fund budget is hereby approved in the amount
of $705,663.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: !Wr Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
