CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
5th day of October , 192.k_. The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-594
LEVYING TAXES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,650,966
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period
commencing January 1, 1977 and certain monies to finance said budgets
are required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City
of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the following sums of money be raised by tax on taxable property
in the City of Plymouth for the year 1977 as set out in the adopted
1977 City Budget:
General Purpose . . . . . . $1,299,167
(Including PERA & Social Security)
Fire, Building and Park Bonds 12,899
(Debt Retirement)
Shade Tree Disease Control. . . . . . . . 319,000
Housing & Redevelopment Authority . . 19,900
TOTAL $1,650,966
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
. by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
