CouncilmanSeibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-587
RELEASING LANDSCAPE BOND FOR KREATZ BROS. BUILDING AT SW CORNER OF VICKSBURG LANE
AND 12TH AVENUF NORTH (A-208)
WHEREAS, the Kreatz Bros. have requested release of their landscape bond for the
building located at the southwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and 12th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected said site and has determined the landscaping
to be complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of the Kreatz Bros.
for release of their landscape bond for the building located at the southwest corner•
of Vicksburg Lane and 12th Avenue North in the amount of $2,000.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
