Pursuant t,j due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
5th day of _October 19 76 . T`ie following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. taihold and Spaath
The following members were absent: Nont-
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTTON #76-581
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR GUNNAR OLSON (A-687)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Gunnar Olson by Resolution
#76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. A Park Dedication Fee of $150 for the new createc lot be paid to the City.
2. Dedication of 40 ft. of right-of-way for County Road 9.
3. Requiring that storm drainage easements be provided below elevation
981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, and
Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
