Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 5th day of

RESOLUTION #76- 580
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR GUNNAR OLSON AT THE SW CORNER
OF HOLLY LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (A-687)
WHEREAS, Gunnar Olson, 17215 County Road 9, Plymouth, has requested division of
his existing unplatted parcel within the City of Plymouth;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has made
recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Gunnar Olson,
17215 County Road 9, Plymouth for lot division of his unplatted property within
the City of Plymouth as he has presented a hardship under Section 10.01 (5) of
the City Subdivision Rules and Regulations. Also that the City Manager be authorized
to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the
division is approved by Hennepin County:

To be divided as follows into two parcels:
Parcel A
The west 150 feet of the north 395 feet of that part of the West one-half of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as beginning at the southeast corner of the West one-half of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section 17; thence north along the east line of said West one-half of
the Northwest Quarter a distance of 1,334.59 feet to the actual point of beginning
of the land to be hereinafter described; thence north 88 degrees 29 minutes west
a distance of 449 feet; thence north and parallel to the east line of said West
one-half of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 582.09 feet more or less to the center
line of County Road 9 (also known as Rockford Road); thence easterly along the center
line of said County Road No. 9 to the east line of said West one-half of the Northwest
Quarter; thence south along the east line thereof to the actual point of beginning,
subject to an easement for road purposes over the northerly 33 feet thereof.
Parcel B
That part of the West one-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as beginning at the southeast corner
of the West one-half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 17; thence north along

the east line of said West one-half of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 1,334.59
feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be hereinafter described; thence
north 88 degrees 29 minutes west a distance of 449 feet; thence north and parallel
to the east line of said West one-half of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 582.09
feet more or less to the center line of County Road No. 9 (also known as Rockford
Road); thence easterly along the center line of said County Road No. 9 to the east
line of said West one-half of the Northwest Quarter; thence south along the east
line thereof to the actual point of beginning, EXCEPT the west 150 feet of the north
395 feet thereof, subject to an easement for road purposes over the northerly 33
feet thereof.
The.motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Hilde , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
