HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-579• CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 5th day of October 19 76 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde Councilman Hunt. Ngil_c- SPi6old and Spaeth The following members were absent: Nnna Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-579 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR GREENWOOD BAPTIST CHURCH TO OPERATE DAY CARE CENTER AT 3120 DUNKIRK LANE (A-374) WHEREAS, Greenwood Baptist Church has requested renewal of their conditional use permit to operate a day care center at 3120 Dunkirk Lane; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reivewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Greenwood Baptist .Church for renewal of a conditional use permit to operate a day care center at 3120 Dunkirk Lane subject to the following conditions: All applicable fire codes be complied with. 2. Conditional on the approval and/or certification of petitioner's operation by any appropriate State and/or County agencies. 3. Permit be for one year. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded . by _Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor hereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
