Coyncilmen Hunt.4 52atth The folIF-ling roem ers were absent* f.• *00 Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION f76- 576 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CENTURION COMPANY TO OPERATE STORAGE BUSINESS AT 1123 VICKSBURG LINE (A-206) ••w WHEREAS, Centurion Company has requested a conditional use permit to use a portion (30 ft. X 90 ft.) of the structure located specifically at 1123 Vicksburg Lane for a construction office, warehouse and outside storage, AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said petition and recommends approval with conditions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the petition of Centurion Company `:,r a conditional use permit to use a portion (30 tt. X 90 ft.) of the structure located specifically at 1123 Vicksburg Lane for a construction office, warehouse storage facility subject to the following conditions: 1. No outside overnight storage of vehicles. 2. No signs other than presently constructed and in place. 3. Permit shall be for one year. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t`erec: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared euly passed and adopted.
