Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Fed on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-552
RENEWAL OF CESSPOOL PUMPING LICENSES
WHEREAS, Armstrong Cesspool Service, Elmer J. Peterson Company
and Roto Rooter Sewer Service Company have made application for
Cesspool Pumping License Renewals, which applications have been
prr�.sented to the City Council for approval, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 16.14, Plymouth Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the applications of Armstrong
Cesspool Service, Elmer J. Peterson Company and Roto Rooter Sewer
Service Company for Cesspool Pumping Licenses are hereby approved
for a period to expire July 31, 1977.
- The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
