Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reg lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, MInnesota, was e on the
2Cth day of September 19 76 . The following members were
preset -it: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: rnunrilman NPA1C
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-551
TAXICAB VEHICLE LICENSE
WHEREAS, Radio Cab has requested a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity for the purpose of operating one (1) taxicab in the City
of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8, of the City
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED RY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a Certificate.of Public Convenience and
Necessity is hereby granted to Radio Cab for 1976 for the operation
of one (1) taxicab.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the taxicab license for the vehicle
listed below is hereby approved for a period to expire December 31, 1976

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byQuncilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
thel owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt
and qpapth
The owing voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
