Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
20th day of September , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils ^.
Mau Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 549
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE PARK DEDICATION ACCOUNT (NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS) FOR
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE BIRCHVIEW PARK
WHEREAS, construction of Birchview Park is an element of the approved 1976
Parks Capital Improvements Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does appropriate $6,300.00 from the Park Dedica-
tion Fund (205 000 502) for construction of said Birchview Park into a construction
account for said project (401 401 810 614).
The motion fer the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
