Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
20th day of September , 19_3E. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
MayorHilde introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-546
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR ACTIVITIES OF HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Human Rights Commission has requested an appropriation
of $220 in order that it may carry out the activities of the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the sum of $220 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
Contingency Fund for use by the Plymouth Human Rights Commission.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
