CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of September , 19 76' The following members were
p;nsent: _Mayor. Hi1de— Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-545
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
COUNTY ROAD 15 BIKEWAY
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road 15 between Vicksburg Lane and
I-494 by the installation of bituminous bikeway and necessary restoration and
appurtenances,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be refererred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of
the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution v -is duly seconded
by and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
