CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of September , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-544
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON THE WATER MAIN DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, it is proposed to make certain improvements to the Water Trunk
Distribution System as contained in the Water Report for Plymouth, Minnesota
dated 1972, as previously adopted by the City Council, by the following:
1. Installation of an 18" water main on 13th Avenue between I-494 and Fernbrook
Lane (points 3M to 6D as shown on the Water Distribution Report).
2. Obtaining Reservoir Site No. II as shown on the Water Distribution Report.
3. Obtaining Reservoir Site No. III as shown on the Water Distribution Report.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates. Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by qouncilman Hunt,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: *—Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
