The following members were present: d S a th The follow ng mem rs were absent: Councilman Nei s t.t Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 543 ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT QUEENSLAND-GREENDALE AREA WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following areas by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances: 1. Queensland Lane from 6th Avenue to the south City limits. 2. The Greendale Addition including Second Avenue North and Third Avenue to the Luce Line Trail and southwesterly along the Luce Line Trail to Queensland Lane and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rntinrilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ''Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, S*p1d and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
