CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of September , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mavnr Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Nails

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-542
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
SEVEN PONDS - SHILOH II AREA
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Seven Ponds area including
Holly Lane and 32nd Avenue North and from Dunkirk Lane to T.H. 101; and in the
proposed Shiloh II plat by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm
sewer, 7 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary
appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws
1593, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in conjunction with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of
the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: -'Flayar Hilde. Caunrilmen Hunt_
