Minnesota, was e d on the 20th day of September , 1976 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Neils **� rpt r►*rr Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-541 RECEIVING REPORT, WAIVING HEARING AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 701 36TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council and adopted August 2, 1976, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 36th Avenue from the west line of the Mission Ridge 1st Addition to approximately 550 feet west thereof by construction of 7 ton bituminous interim rural section, 24 feet wide with gravel shoulders and this report was received by the Council on September 20, 1976, and WHEREAS, waivers of public hearing have been submitted by the property owners affected by the proposed improvement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted September 20, 1976. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen _Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
