Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of Se tember , 19 76 . The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 76- 540
ASSESSMENT ADJUSTMENT
1555 JUNEAU LANE, LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 7, SUNSET ACRES
WHEREAS, Lots 1,2, and 3, Block 7, Sunset Acres (Plat 44640 Parcels 4700,4800 and 4900)
were rnmbined in July of 1975 and as a result of this combination was entitled to
assessment adjustments on area and connection charges, and
WHEREAS, no assessment adjustment was made on the area charges,at the time of the
lot combination,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that area charges for sanitary sewer and water be adjusted as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Loinrilma-,H„nt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
